The Health Mate Sauna has been designed for indoor or outdoor use. The sauna requires no venting or plumbing so it can go anywhere in the home. Our customers have put the Health Mate in bedrooms, bathrooms, dens, rec rooms, basements, closets, garages, and attics to name a few. It is so portable you can put the sauna outside in summer and bring it inside in the winter. Outdoor use requires a cover designed for each specific size.
