Can I ever get too much Far Infrared?
You can never get too much Far Infrared.
The body will only absorb what it needs and ignore the rest. Infrared light
is part of the Sun's invisible spectrum that easily penetrates human tissue.
This allows for a deeper heat, better oxygenation of cells and the sweating
out of toxins that are trapped inside tissues and cells. Constant exposure will
never burn your skin and can actually reverse the effects of ultra-violet damage
to the skin. Far-infrared heat is so safe it is even used in hospitals to warm
newborn babies.
