How long can I stay in the sauna?
You can stay in the sauna up to 30
minutes per session. If you have a cold or flu, allergies or other health concerns
you can use the sauna twice a day for 30 minutes. You can use the Health
Mate every day and before you exercise. After the sauna heats up to 105-110
degrees just sit inside the sauna for 5 to 10 minutes with the door open and
your clothes on. You won't sweat but you will warm your muscles and improve
your circulation. You can warm up this way on those cold winter days too and
you will find yourself tolerating the cold weather much better.
