Is Far Infrared the same as ultraviolet (UV)?

Far Infrared is not the same as ultraviolet (UV) light which gives you a sunburn and can damage the skin and eyes. In fact, Far Infrared is very good for the skin and will reverse skin damage caused by ultraviolet. Far Infrared is also completely safe for the eyes.
